We require a specialized QA resource that is capable of defining Quality Assurance processes, procedures and can implement quality plans for various IT projects. The applicant should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and at least 3 - 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies, including automated and manual testing, problem solving and risk analysis. The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
The candidate:
- Must be able to define, execute and analyze automated and manual test plans and test cases to validate the internal functions of the system.
- Is required to perform end-to-end quality assurance activities for new and existing software development projects. This includes functional testing, manual and automated regression testing, end-user testing and load testing.
- Should have strong knowledge of testing methodologies, quality risk analysis and software development processes.
- Should be able to develop system test plans, procedures, documentation and testing scripts for complex software systems.
- Must have experience in using automated testing tools like Win Runner, Test Complete for MS.NET applications or any other automated testing tools.
- Should provide recommendations for process improvements and ensures process improvements achieve desired goals.
